# Issues Fixed report

> See which security findings your team fixed in a date range

The Issues Fixed report shows the security findings your team resolved in a chosen period, across SAST, dependencies (SCA), infrastructure as code (IaC) and secrets. Use it to track remediation progress, for example in a monthly security review or an audit.

## Open the report

Open **Reports** in the [CodeAnt AI dashboard](https://app.codeant.ai) and choose **Issues Fixed**. The report opens on the last 30 days for all repositories.

The report is part of the Code Security plan. It shows only the repositories you have permission to view code security findings for.

## Read the report

* Pick a date range, a repository or **All repositories**, and the finding types to include: **SAST**, **Dependencies**, **IaC** and **Secrets**. These choices update both the charts and the list.
* **Fixed by severity** and **Fixed by finding type** break down the fixes in the selected period.
* The list shows each fixed finding with its **Type**, **Severity**, **Fixed on** date and **Current status**. Search or filter by severity and current status to narrow the list.
* **Current status** shows **Fixed**, or **Open** if the finding came back after it was fixed.

## What counts as fixed

* A finding is counted once in a period, on the date it was fixed.
* Dismissed findings, accepted risks and findings marked as false positives are not counted as fixes.
* Fixed secrets are reported as **High** severity, or **Critical** if the secret was confirmed to be active.
